TV host and media personality Morayo Afolabi Brown, has subtly lambasted fashion designer fashion designer Abiodun Tokunbo (CEO Luminee) for making public her marriage to Yoruba comedian Olarenwaju Omiyinka professionally known as Baba Ijesha.
Afolabi Brown said she has nothing against a woman falling in love with an ex-convict, but she has a problem with the narrative of making it loud .
Morayo Afolabi Brown made this declaration on the Brown Couch podcast. She said that CEO Luminee marrying Baba Ijesha is like bringing herself down from the height where she was.
Her words:
“Nobody is stopping any woman from falling in love, but if you’re going to fall in love with an ex-convict, at least, be discreet about it. Don’t make it so loud on social media because you’re throwing it in the face of the family that this man hurt.
“It is also an indication of low self esteem for a single mother, who is that established like Ceoluminee to go that low and settle for Baba Ijesha”,
