,,,, Pastor Evelyn Joshua urges members and Nigerians to hold God tight in 2026
Sunday December 7th, 2025, was indeed a day of celebration and stock taking for members of Synagogue Church of All Nation, led by its leader, Pastor (Mrs) Evelyn Joshua. The church aesthetic auditorium was filled to capacity as members, Emmanuel TV partners, visitors from Nigeria and across the world, gathered to thank and glorify God for a wonderful year.

The event which had it’s theme as, “Recounting God’s Faithfulness” lived upto expectations as the excited congregation who were dressed in different rythmical colours, were led in ecclesiastes soul lifting songs by SCOAN choir and other guests ministers.
In her speech, Pastor Evelyn Joshua, appreciated God for the outgoing year and His faithfulness throughout the year. She explained that her heart overflows with gratitude to God, “the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Prophet TB Joshua”.
The SCOAN leader admonished members and Nigerians, to hold tight to God with utmost trust as they step into the new year.

Her words, “As you live to the coming year, I encourage you all, hold onto God with absolute trust,”
“Walk with Him boldly, expectantly, and joyfully. For the path of the righteous is like the shining sun that shines ever brighter onto the perfect day. We know that in this ministry, better is not good enough. The best is yet to come”, she noted.
Joshua added that this year has been a forward looking year as revealed by the holy spirit and the church has made significant progress both spiritual and physical.

The woman of God thanked members and the Emmanuel TV partners, for their unwavering support and commitment towards the good of the church.
The SCOAN leader spoke further, “To every member of the Synagogue, to every friend, to every supporter of this ministry, I say thank you for standing, thank you for praying, thank you for loving, and thank you for believing. And to our precious Emmanuel TV partners across the world, you remain pillars of this kingdom mission.”
The church also used the opportunity to do a retrospect, as it showed a video chronicling some of it’s missionary activities across the world in the outgoing year.

The classic event anchored by Osarume and Vimbai, was spiced up with music ministration from the SCOAN choir and other invited music ministers like Deborah Ajayi, Mike Abdul, Henry Praise and Rehoboth Kisangani from Kenya.
The SCOAN’s Youth Choir performed, alongside the evangelists who added bite to a vibrant praise session.
Not leaving out Esther Oputteh and Doris Osuagwu backed by Signature Accompaniment Orchestra.
Ace comedian Akpororo, also got ribs cracking for a while with his jokes.

The highlight of the celebration was the thanksgiving proper, which was kicked off by the SCOAN leader- Pastor Evelyn Joshua and her family, including the evangelists who dance to the glory of God as they gave their substance.
Then came the turn of different groups that make up the membership of the church. Beautifully dressed in different colours, the group members and visitors, danced around with a heart filled with joy as they offered their substance.

The 2025 SCOAN thanksgiving celebration was celebrated simultaneously by other SCOAN branches across the world and was beamed live by Emmanuel TV.
