AKmodel group is celebrating it’s fifth year anniversary since it’s formation. The group is led by MD/CEO Builder Abdulhakeem Odegade who started off as a builder but have spread his tentacles into selling of of land properties development across the country.
According to actor Paul Obazele, the brand ambassador of AKmodel group, the company came up with the idea that people should buy land and wait rather than wait to buy land.
In essence, they encouraged people by making the process of acquiring land easy and affordable. This, he added, has helped a lot of their customers own properties without stress.
The brand ambassador expalins more:
“I got involved with this because of what I believe and stand for. I am a transparent human being. I tell you this, that’s what iam going to do.
” If you lie to me, I will come against you with every resource
“By the time our relationship started, the company picked up. We do land banking, there’s no land we will give to you that you can fault. We don’t have hidden charges. We take it from beginning to the end and we are regulated by the Lagos State government. We don’t hide anything”, he added.
For the fifth anniversary celebration, Obazele said the company is going on tours of sites . The group will also reward realtel partners and agents by giving them 10-20 percent discount on their lands. This, he said, also depends on the volume and quantity and where the customer is buying from.
“We have lands cut across the nation and we represent our clients very well”.he added.
