Actress and movie producer, Omoni Oboli, has recalled how at a point in her career she was praying for opportunities to act and also produce her own movies but she is now overwhelmed by the weight of work and responsibilities on her shoulders.
The actress has however expressed gratitude to God for trusting her the more with greater opportunities.
“Once upon a time, I was praying for the opportunities I now call “overwhelm.” I was asking God to trust me with more, to stretch me, to enlarge my territory. Today, the weight feels heavy at times but it’s the weight of growth, of progress, of answered prayers.
” It’s the kind of exhaustion that comes not from emptiness, but from fullness. And in those moments like today when I feel stretched thin, I remind myself: this is the season I prayed to step into. What a joy to live in the overflow.
“I pray this for everyone asking in Jesus name. Amen”, she prayed
