Don’t Let Social Media Fool You By Marrying Someone Just Because They Look Successful Online – Matchmaker Sunjokia

Matchmaker and social media content creator Sunjokia, has advised singles especially women to ask the right questions; so as not to fall into the trap of marrying the wrong person because of what they see on the social media.

Sunjokia said, a nice car, vacations, designer clothes, and a good Instagram page are not proof of financial stability. She advised women to start asking their partners questions like; what they do and their source of income instead of just falling for the fake and flashy lifestyle they see.

She wrote:

“Don’t let social media fool you by marrying someone just because they look successful online.

If you meet a man and you genuinely see a future with him, ask questions. Ask him what he does for a living? Ask how long he has been doing it? Ask about his plans, responsibilities, and how he is building his future?

You are not trying to investigate him. You are trying to protect yourself. Too many women enter relationships and marriages only to discover that the life they were shown was not real. The income he claimed to have doesn’t exist. The business he talked about is struggling. The lifestyle was funded by debt, family, or someone else.

By the time the truth comes out, relationship has already gone too far.
Discernment takes courage and asking the right questions? A serious man will not be offended by reasonable questions. Marriage is a lifetime decision, not a social media highlight.

“Protect your future. Ask the right questions before you say yes. This applies to women too, not just men alone”.
