Nigerian singer Panshak Henry Zamani, better known as Ice Prince Zamani has broken the ice on his addiction to alcohol and substance abuse and how he stopped. Talking about the essence of this period of fast, he thanked God for the grace and ability to stop consumption of alcohol and quitting smoking of loud and cigarettes.
He wrote:
“Quitting Loud and cigarette is by far the best decision I ever made in my life… from a chronic smoker to a very Happy Non Smoker, God is the greatest !!!! Feeling Unchained and Saved”
He continued:
“Also almost a year FREE from alcohol, soda, energy drinks, all that concoction !!! Dear God I intend to stay and feel this way for the rest of my life coz damn ah feel good”
