AUST Hosts Safari Film Road Show

The Pan African University of Science and Technology, recently played host to the cast and crew of Safari film as they continued the road show and master class for the movie.

According to the co producer of the movie and one of the lead cast Osas Ighodalo, this reaffirms the institution”s commitment to Pan-Africanism by celebrating African creativity, through hosting the Abuja leg of the SAFARI film roadshow a Kenyan/Nigerian film collaboration.

She wrote:”AUST played host to award-winning director Dr. Obi Emelonye and actress Osas Ighodaro, makers of Safari; for an inspiring masterclass. Ighodalo shared her journey of resilience and growth in the film industry, while Obi Emelonye spoke on the power of African stories and sustainable filmmaking.

“In a surprise twist, several AUST students were cast on the spot for roles in Dr. Obi’s forthcoming film project, making the event not just memorable, but life -changing”,Osas revealed.
