Eden Hazard and Cesc Fabregas are the latest Chelsea legends to be nominated for inclusion in the Premier League Hall of Fame in 2025.
Hazard was named Premier League Player of the Year in 2014/15, the season he won the first of his two top-flight titles with the Blues. The Belgian was the only player to surpass both 50 goals and 50 assists during his time in England but, more than the impressive statistics, it was the moments of magic Hazard produced which made him so beloved at the Bridge.
Fabregas played alongside Hazard for those Chelsea title triumphs in 2015 and 2017, having returned to the Premier League to add creativity to our midfield after establishing himself at Arsenal and Barcelona.
