Veteran Nollywood actor Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, has finally passed on after a long battle with cancer.
A video circulating on social media captured his daughter, Kira Taiwo, in tears as she announced her father’s death, saying repeatedly, “My daddy is dead.” Ogogo died at the age of 66
A couple of days ago, his daughters Kira and Lima Taiwo raised alarm about his state of health where they disclosed that he had stage – four cancer. The daughters said, they were seeking for medical assistance rather than monetary assistance.
Kira said, the family is ready to accept any genuine medical assistance that can cure their father, whether it’s orthodox, or traditional, so far they can help their father start medical treatment.
Kira further disclosed that hospitals had told the family they could no longer continue his chemotherapy, so they are seeking for effective medical treatment.
However the actor could not survive the terminal illness as the news of his death has gone viral on the social media.
