The Creative Industry Group, CIG, in conjunction Global United Christian Congress of Africa in Diaspora, GUCCAD and AAHHF have concluded arrangements to organise an epoch making home coming concert for in Nigeria for blacks in diaspora.
Tagged the ‘Diaspora Home Coming Tour, the concert will feature 18 artistes from Jamaica and the Caribbeans including six other artistes from other countries in West Africa.
The event is billed for October 10th, 2025, at Freedom Park, Lagos Island.
The artistes parade will be led by the CIG President Felix Duke, Mr Xrey, David G.Min Perppy, Nikita, Min l.Malaki, Peggy Arit Okey, DJ Chilly and Azizi Clarke.
Others are Pastor Wayne Stoodart, Lt Shotgun, Mr l. Blood, Leone Teape, Baba Fryo and Coopy Bly amongst others.
Over 300 Africans in the diaspora are expected to participate in this 14-day event, touring Lagos and Calabar, and showcasing Nigeria’s vibrant artistic and heritage landscape.
The CIG will handle logistics, including transportation, hospitality, security, and cultural experiences, while facilitating media coverage and connections with stakeholders in Nigeria’s entertainment and creative sectors
