The Creative Industry Group is set for another exciting night of honour and celebration for one of Nollywood’s veteran actor Sonny Mcdon. He will be hosted by the Creative group at the Industry Night event, dedicated by CIG, to celebrate it’s creative legends.
According Ambassador Felix Duke, the President of CIG, the group wants to celebrate a legend that has contributed so much in the movie industry in the person of Sonny Mcdon-W called, the Ancestor in the industry.
Duke has this to say:
“Legendary Sonny Mcdon-W has paid his dues over the years as one of the great legends who established Nollywood on the global landscape. So, he truly deserves to be celebrated. Let us all turn up to celebrate this great legend of our time”
The epoch making event is billed to take place on 30th of May 2026, at Duke Duchess Hotel and Suites, located at 10A Otunba Gbenga Faseun Lane off Jasper Osagie street near New Oko-oba Police Station, Abule Egba, Lagos
The event is expected to attract dignitaries in the industry according to the CIG President
